Kosher Meal Orders for Shabbat

All food during AFI's events will be provided by Deluxe Catering which is certified Glatt Kosher. Their certification is available to view upon request.

Kosher meals may be pre-ordered and picked up at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown on Friday, February 27.

If you need to pick up your meals earlier please contact Nicole Kedziora at events@allergists4israel.org .

Cut off date for ordering will be Monday 2/23 at 5pm ET

  Each meal includes:
  • Challah Rolls
  • Grape Juice
  • Romaine Salad - Hearts Of Palm Salad With Cucumber, Cherry tomatoes, Craisins and Sweet Creamy Dressing
  • Potato Kugel - Potato Souffle
  • Hericot Verts - French Green Beans Bundles with Shallots and Roasted Garlic tied with a leek
  • Jewish Apple Cake - Unique take on traditional Apple Cake


Each meal includes:

  • Challah Rolls
  • Grape Juice
  • Grilled Vegetable Display - 
    Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Portobello Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers
  • Brownies - Homemade Fudge Brownies

  • Brisket - Braised with House-Made Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • Oven Roasted Chicken
  • Pan Seared Salmon - Salmon Pan Seared with Orange Ginger Sauce

  • Greek Orzo Pasta Salad - Orzo tossed with Feta Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber and Black Olives in Olive Oil Vinaigrette
