ACAAI 2009 AFI Pre-Paid Shabbat Meals

AFI is happy to offer you the opportunity to order Kosher meals for Shabbat. We will be ordering through the catering service from Claudine Uzan Caterer with Rina Kramer which is under the supervision of KM: Kosher Miami. They will also be providing a lovely Kiddush for us after Friday night services. (Kosher wine will be available at the Kiddish.)

Please keep the following in mind:
Every order will come individually sealed and in double wrapped packages..
All meals will be delivered to the Loews Hotel in Miami on Friday afternoon. You will pick up your order from Beth Goldfarb, the AFI Administrative Assistant.  The meals will be available at the Kiddush Reception at 6pm, Poinciana Salon 3.  However you may also make arrangements by calling Beth’s cell phone: 513-673-7420 or emailing afiadm@gmail.com  to pick up meals prior to that.
Arrangements for refrigeration of both Friday night and Saturday lunch meals must be made by you in your own rooms as we are not able to store the food.
You may only order and purchase the food on-line (at our website)  and payment must be made through Paypal.
We are sorry that substitutions are not possible due to the nature of this group order. We created a simplified menu to help provide meals on Shabbat as a service for AFI members who are interested, but we cannot create individualized menus due to the complexity of such orders. We hope you understand the reasons for this policy.
If you are a student/resident/fellow-in-training, please email Beth and we will refund you several dollars for your meals (approx $5 per meal), which is our student rate.
All Dinners will include:
